Billing Customer Support Representative
Receive and resolve customer-billing questions, initiate calls
to customers about account status. Answer email inquiries about
billing practices, charges, and account status. Work with other
staff to resolve customer-billing issues. Calculate and update
customer accounts for billing adjustments and cancellations.
Suspend and activate accounts in accordance with policies. Serve
as a backup to other billing team members as needed.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity
with the Internet and ability to quickly grasp technical details
of our services. Prior customer support experience. Prior experience
