Email forwarding is the option of having email forwarded from one email account with the site’s domain name to another within that site’s domain name or to a 3rd party email provider. This is a useful feature if you want to retrieve all of your email messages from a single box. ie: sales@my_domain.com are redirected to my_name@aol.com.
